User Administration Terms
By being registered as the account owner for the entity with the commercial account with Sears (“Account Owner, You or Your”) on searscommericial.com (“the Site”) and checking the “I Agree” checkbox on the Site you agree to these User Administration Terms (“Terms”), the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy (collectively the “Agreements”).
As a registered Account Owner on the Site, You will have the ability to:
- Add, edit, or remove Additional Account Users
- Access customer specific pricing
- Create, edit, or cancel orders
- Create, edit, or cancel lists
- View current and past orders
- View or update billing and shipping information
Your registration and use of the Site allows You to set up administration abilities for individuals (“Users”) and grant the Users access to Your account. Such access will allow Users the ability to do all or some of the actions listed above. It is Your responsibility to register Your Users whom You want to be an Users under Your Account.
If you do not accept the terms of this Agreement, then You are not authorized to use this Site. If you have any questions please contact Sears Commercial at support@searscommercial.com.
Your decision to use the Site and/or Your decision to register additional Users is your decision for which your company and/or organization are responsible. You will: create a separate individual profile for each User that you register and be responsible for all acts or omissions of Users that You register to Your account, You are solely responsible for protecting the financial information of You and Your Users that you register to Your Account. You are solely responsible for any actions or omissions committed on the Site by any of Your Users that You register to Your Account.
You agree to indemnify and hold Sears and their respective affiliates, licensors, directors, officers, members, managers, employees, agents, and representatives, harmless from and against any losses, costs, expenses or damages of any nature whatsoever (including attorneys fees and court costs) arising from any claim, cause of action, suit or demand of any third party due to, arising out of or related to (i) any use or access to the Site by Your Users, (ii) Your or Your violation any of the Agreements, (ii) any use of Your User ID or password by You or Your Users, or (vii) the infringement or other violation by You, or Your Users using your account or User ID or password, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
Sears may terminate your Account at anytime and for any reason.
